From on-the-scene technicians and virtual monitoring, to equipment warranty management, we’re with you every step of the way. And with yearly maintenance being only roughly 5% of your annual savings, there’s no reason not to protect your investment.
Our operations and maintenance service and support plan provides an annual checkup for your PV modules, the racking and mounting infrastructure, the electrical system and wiring components, and the inverter. Each year, our technicians will do a thorough check for anything that might reduce your system’s ability to produce energy. This could include damage to the panel, wiring, or frame, or even noting if your system’s energy production is being reduced by overgrown vegetation shading the panels.
If we find anything that requires repairs (preventative maintenance or corrective maintenance), we’ll work with you to create a plan to resolve those issues quickly.
A big benefit of annual maintenance is that we can catch potential issues with your solar system before they become a crisis, ultimately reducing downtime and the costs of unscheduled work – both of which boost the financial performance and environmental benefits of your solar system.
As a part of our solar O&M services plan, we also provide remote monitoring to ensure optimal plant performance. Our proprietary real-time monitoring solution allow us to manage the day-to-day operations of your solar energy resources. The software alerts us to any problems with your solar system, often before you even know something’s going on. Our solution is flexible from single systems, to large scale utility projects to installations outside this country, and in the future possible out of this world.
Once we’ve detected a problem, we’ll immediately deploy a member of our technical services team to remotely diagnose it and recommend a corrective solution that will minimize downtime. We are committed to quickly getting your solar energy production back to the high power performance level you’ve come to expect – we know your business depends on it!
We carefully select each component when we design your high tech solar system, from the PV panels to the racking and mounting systems, the inverter and the wiring. We choose high quality products made by top solar industry manufacturers, but even with those precautions, you could still have the occasional hiccup. That’s why helping with warranty administration is a part of our O&M services.
